At Sole & Style Private Limited, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@urbansole.uk within 7 days of delivery.
